Mini Marquees
Mini marquees are the ideal spot for casual, relaxed entertaining of colleagues, friends and family. Each mini marquee holds up to ten people but can easily be conjoined to cater for larger groups*. Book into a mini marquee village and your group will be right in the middle of the action and excitement on raceday with a prime position on-course. A range of superb catering options are available.

Shared Space
Shared functions on raceday are a fabulous way to entertain your group in style at the races. This combined Christmas function is all about the festive celebration. Reserve a table or two in a themed room then sit back and enjoy the entertainment, party atmosphere and your own professional MC.
Your Own Space
Your own private function room or marquee is an excellent way for larger groups to enjoy the atmosphere on raceday from the privacy of your own space. This space is also perfect for your end of year speeches or awards. A great range of catering options are available for you to choose from, theming will be done so you can relax and enjoy the party too!
General admission/Members tickets
If you want to come along on the day you can buy general admission tickets on the day at the gate. General admission tickets will vary between the events but never be more than $10. General admission tickets allow you access to all public facilities on-course, but do not give access to the Member's Stand, function rooms or marquees. (If you are booked into a raceday package for that event your general admission will be included). Please check the BYO policy of the event.
Member's stand tickets are a great way to enjoy the Member's facilities on raceday and only cost between $5-$35 depending on the event. Member's tickets allow you entry to the Member's Lounge where you have access to private tote facilities and the best views on course. These can be purchased from the raceday office or from the Club in advance of the day (bookings are recommended).
