Mini Marquees
Mini marquees are fantastic for a small, casual group, with each one holding 10 people (they can also be joined together for larger groups). The marquees are arranged in small villages creating a fun atmosphere, and they also allow you to enjoy the outdoors as well as the excitement of being close to the action on the race track. Shared Space
Reserve one or more tables within a themed room/marquee, perfect for small to medium size groups. This combined Christmas function has a great party atmosphere and you will be entertained throughout the day by a professional MC. Each table holds around 8-10 people and catering is included.
Your Own Space
Hire out a fully themed function room or your own marquee, an ideal option for medium to large groups. This means you can relax in your own space whilst still enjoying the fun and excitement of a day at the races. Catering is included and is customised to suit your needs.
General admission/Members tickets
General admission tickets can be pre-purchased or be bought at the ticketing gates on the day. General admission tickets to a Christmas at the Races event will cost up to $10. A general admission ticket will allow you anywhere on-course but will restrict entry to the members stand, private function rooms, marquees and the birdcage. Members stand tickets will cost anywhere between $5 and $35. Members stand tickets allow you entry into the members stand with seating closer to the finishing post and have the luxury of private tote facilities. Members stand tickets are generally able to be purchased on the day from the Raceday Office, but are limited, so it pays to contact the Club prior to book them.
